With a cumulative experience of over 70 years, DelphianLogic is led by a passionate, visionary, and pragmatic executive leadership team. Under their headship, DelphianLogic has been able to expand its portfolio of business solutions, right from high-end learning technology products to engaging and effective creative content that have helped businesses achieve positive business results.
As the CEO, Saurabh provides strategic direction to unlock new opportunities, drive growth, and deliver new efficiencies. He leads the team to quantum growth paradigms through agile reinvention and focused integration and alignment.
Previously, Saurabh played an important role in transforming the organization from a startup to a well-known global player by establishing a set of marquee customer relationships and rethinking its customer engagements in Europe that enabled a platform for future growth.
He brings almost two decades of experience in sales leadership, team development, customer and partner management, marketing, and portfolio innovation. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development, Pune, and holds a Degree in Engineering from Marine Engineering and Research Institute, Kolkata.
An acclaimed photographer and traveller, Saurabh loves to experiment in several photographic genres.
Rahul is an action oriented business leader responsible for setting and executing organizational vision and operational strategy. He is instrumental in leading and scaling key business operations. Through his deep domain understanding of the learning content business, technical expertise, and effective leadership skills, Rahul has been highly successful in driving operational excellence. He also plays a key role in creating capabilities and expanding service offerings for differentiated customer experience. Rahul is also responsible for building trusted relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Previously, Rahul has helped conceptualize and develop key learning technology products at DelphianLogic. He is credited with enterprise-wide technological transformations and setting-up the foundation for scalable and sustainable business growth.
As a Chief Alliance Officer, Suman is responsible for building new business lines from concept to execution and expansion, with a particular focus on strategic partnerships and alliances. He leads a number of growth initiatives towards building products and service lines for current and future industry needs.
Previously, Suman has been the Head of Service Delivery at DelphianLogic having setup the delivery capability ground up. He has been successful in implementing project management best practices, agile methodologies and customer-centric processes resulting in process excellence and customer success. Suman possesses deep learning domain expertise in the areas of innovation, capability building, consultancy. He exhibits a hand-on approach to managing strategic projects, market development, account management, and partnerships.
Suman continues to provide executive direction to the Human Resource (HR) function and leads various initiatives to make DelphianLogic a talent and performance-centric organization.
As a Chief Revenue Officer, Vandit is responsible for owning and managing Sales Operations, building and implementing revenue strategies to establish Customer Life Cycle Management Leadership-starting from Awareness, to Lead Generation, to Opportunity Management, and eventually to Customer Success. Having an in-depth knowledge of the sales enables him towards continuous improvement of the existing customers and implementing new ones that bring about increased sales effectiveness. He oversees the planning and management for roles, responsibilities, and rules of engagement in the sales department in addition to developing departmental goals and objectives.
Vandit leads a number of initiatives for maintaining a healthy balance between focusing on growing acquisition revenue and retention revenue. He plays an instrumental role in the identification of solutions and technologies that drive sales efficiency and, consequently, revenue growth.
He also focuses on identifying newer markets and target segments to be able to establish the market positioning aligning to the company’s vision and sales strategy along with creating a process to aggregate, organize, and prioritize new services/solutions/product with competitive information.
